Strongid and electrolytes are provided as daily supplements. Stalls are cleaned daily, including weekends. Horses are turned out daily into large, individual pastures five days a week. Weekend turnout is also available. Pastures are fenced with state-of-the art HTP fencing with electric tape which eliminates play across fences and prevents the horses from injuring each other. After turnout, all horses have their hooves cleaned and are hosed off, in warm weather, before being returned to their stalls. Situated on 30.65 acres, on a quiet and dead end road, it features a scenic pond and spacious surroundings for pleasure riding. Two full time employees live on the property providing security and care for the horses around the clock. The interior of the barn has a 16' concrete aisle, high pitched ceiling for ventilation and metal stalls trimmed in the front with pine wood for an attractive look. Stalls are all 12'x 12', each with a window, automatic waterer and electrical outlet to enable a cooling fan to be installed for each horse. An automatic fly spray system is installed throughout the barn. Many stalls have bars between them so that horses may see those next to them as well as across the way. This feature, along with the window in each stall, allows the horses to view activity all around them to help alleviate boredom. A few stalls do not have the interior bars for horses who do not interact well with other horses. Amenities for the rider include two riding arenas: one large (135' x 220'), well-lit outdoor arena and a spacious, well-lit covered arena (80' x 125') which enables riders to ride during inclement weather. The tack room is large and airy and has two large viewing windows which face out towards the arenas. The bathroom features a corner shower. The comfortable, air-conditioned office has a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and sofa as well as a VCR and TV for the purpose of viewing taped lessons or perhaps videos of horses for sale.
